Overnight Newborn Care for Families on the Seacoast
Gentle overnight postpartum doula support so you can sleep, recover, and feel confident caring for your baby.
The Early Weeks Are Beautiful — and Exhausting
The first weeks with a newborn are full of love, but they can also bring overwhelming fatigue. Sleep deprivation makes physical recovery harder, emotions heavier, and daily routines more difficult.
An overnight postpartum doula provides experienced support through the night so you don’t have to do it alone.
With Seacoast Night Nanny, your baby is cared for with patience and attention while you get the rest your body needs to heal and reset for the next day.

Her work centers on providing calm, knowledgeable, and compassionate support during the postpartum period. Alanna helps families navigate newborn care, feeding, recovery, and the emotional adjustments of early parenthood — always meeting each family where they are.
As a Certified Lactation Counselor, she offers evidence-based guidance and gentle encouragement to support feeding goals in a way that feels sustainable, supportive, and pressure-free.
Her approach is always:

Alanna believes postpartum care should be personalized, respectful, and rooted in trust. Her goal is simple: to help families feel rested, confident, and supported as they settle into life with their newborn.
